Sales Manager III

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team towards achieving targets and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Set and achieve sales goals and targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable from engineering major
• 5-10 years of related experience or commensurate combination of education and experience.
• Experience in water infrastructure is a plus
• Job requires excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
• Good understanding of CRM and ERP systems, processes, and procedures
• Computer skills required and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other software programs.
• Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking skills.

Sales specific requirement

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales target 
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
• Ability to develop and implement sales plans and budgets.
• Understanding of digital sales tools and online marketing (for modern sales environments).
