Intern

  Purpose of the position

Support the France sales team by providing sales support and customer service follow-up, from preparing quotes to processing and tracking orders.

 Main responsibilities

•  Prepare and update sales proposals (quotes, technical data sheets, presentations)
• Follow up on customer requests (emails, calls, reminders)
• Manage orders in the ERP system: entry, confirmation, deadline tracking, and logistics coordination
• Update the CRM (customer files, opportunities, reporting)
• Act as the interface between customers, sales representatives, and the back office
• Answer simple technical questions and direct customers to the right contact person
• Help organize sales events and trade shows
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
• Market research analysis

Required profile

• Customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Rigorous, organized, and able to multitask
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems appreciated
• Professional English desired (international customers and colleagues)

Training/Qualifications

• BTS in Customer Relationship Negotiation and Digitalization (NDRC)
• BTS in SME Management
• BTS in Management Support (SAM)
• BUT in Marketing Techniques
• Professional Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Administrative Management
• Bachelor's Degree from a business school
