Legal Operations Specialist

Position Title: Legal Operations Specialist

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Egypt

Unit/Division/Department/Section: Legal

Please Note: Due to in country legislations, we can consider only Egyptian Nationals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

• Gathers evidence in Labors, civil, criminal, and other cases to formulate defense   or to initiate legal action.
• Conducts research, interviews clients, and witnesses and handles other details in preparation for trial.
• Prepares legal briefs, develops strategy, arguments and testimony in preparation for presentation of case.
• Files brief with court clerk
• Represents the company in court, and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government.
• Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Confers with colleagues with specialty in area of lawsuit to establish and verify basis for legal proceedings
• Advises the company concerning transactions of business involving internal   affairs, stockholders, directors, officers and company relations with general public.
• Prepares business contracts, pays taxes, settles labor disputes, and   administers other legal matters
• Investigation in all accidents happens in the factory and violations.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years of Experience

Job-Specific Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of corporate law
• Excellent knowledge of Labour Law
• Knowledge of Ministry and Court procedures
• Knowledge and awareness of new laws updates
• Thorough knowledge of local rules and regulations
